Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator you will:
- Manage and maintain the company’s documented processes for submittals and drawdowns, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Upload drawings for the Estimating Team in Basis Board & Planswift, keeping documentation up to date and organized.
- Handle front-end and back-end data entry into Basis Board to ensure clean and reliable data, enabling effective reporting.
- Oversee front-end pricing of specialty items, ensuring all pricing is submitted on time before bid deadlines.
- Regularly follow up on previously bid projects to help move them toward project awards, utilizing tools like Mail Merge for communication.
- Assist with the seamless transition of newly awarded projects, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for execution.
- Support the processing of tickets and proposals using Plexxis, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, working in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Basis Board, Planswift, and Plexxis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with customers and internal teams.
